## Description

As a Lead Data Scientist at Faculty, you'll play a pivotal role in setting the technical direction and ensuring the high-quality delivery of complex, high-impact projects.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

- Setting technical direction for complex projects, balancing speed, innovation, and reliability

- Designing and implementing reliable, production-grade technical solutions

- Defining project roadmaps and overseeing end-to-end delivery

- Leading technical scoping and feasibility studies for high-value sales opportunities

- Managing client relationships and communications

- Driving the adoption of best practices across the Data Science craft

- Mentoring and developing other data scientists

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Depth of expertise in at least one machine learning domain and strong technical breadth across data science

- Proven technical leadership and project management skills

- Experience in managing complex projects and delivering innovative outcomes under commercial pressure

- Strong customer leadership skills and ability to drive long-term strategic relationships

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
