## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Westwood Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

This is a part-time, flexible role working varied shifts including Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 04:00-08:00. During peak periods, you may be required to work up to full-time hours.
