## Description

Electronic Arts seeks a Development Manager for its EA SPORTS FC team in Vancouver, Canada. This manager will oversee a development team, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery of game features and assets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of artists, software engineers, and external partners.

- Anticipate bottlenecks, prioritize projects, and balance needs with technical constraints.

- Focus on team issues, suggesting solutions to improve execution goals and task-related processes.

- Ensure project setups meet studio specifications with regular status reporting and capacity plan updates.

- Establish engagement processes using Jira to define workflows and train staff.

- Partner with production, QV, and art directors to meet game quality targets.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of project management or lead experience with production lifecycles and project planning.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, game development, business, or 3D arts.

- Experience in a Scrum/Agile software development environment.

- Proven track record using Jira and Jaas to manage concurrent projects.

- Experience working with expansive teams, mediation, and conflict resolution.

- Managing outsource vendors and remote teams is considered an asset.

- Feature or asset production experience is beneficial.
