## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Onsite Health Coach to join our team at Evernorth Workplace Care in Boston, MA.

As an onsite health coach, you will provide personalized health coaching and support to our clients' employees. Your goal will be to empower them to take control of their health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support

- Identifying customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities

- Collaborating with customers to establish health improvement plans and setting personalized evidence-based goals

- Leading and supporting various health and wellness promotional activities

- Performing biometric screenings and utilizing biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to drive improved clinical outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts

- At least 3 years of experience in the health and wellness field

- At least 1 year of health coaching or health education experience

- Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification

- Strong clinical skills and high energy level with dynamic presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and customer-centric focus

- Bilingual Spanish with ability to pass oral and written language tests
