## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work part-time on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 18:00 to 22:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team

- Adapting to changing demands in the retail environment
