## Description

We are seeking a Thai Membership Manager to join our team at Soho House Bangkok.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of membership management, including new member introductions, behaviour monitoring and handling, retention monitoring, and Membership Committee activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and coordinating member introductions and onboarding

- Monitoring and recording member behaviour, and flagging issues to the Head of Membership

- Supporting member retention and engagement initiatives

- Assisting with membership applications and committee activities

- Providing administrative and operational support to the Head of Membership

The ideal candidate will have strong Thai language skills, local market knowledge, and established connections within Thailand's membership community. They will be relationship-oriented, detail-focused, and have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- A proactive and problem-solving mindset

- A strong network and understanding of the creative industries
