## Description

As a Supermarket Assistant, you'll help provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of our store.

Your drive to go the extra mile will make all the difference to our customers' experience and keep them returning.

In addition to your contractual pay of £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days), you'll receive Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Stock replenishment to ensure shelves are full and products are in the right place at the right time

- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery

- Reducing waste by following product due diligence and markdowns

- Supporting the wider shop team with tasks such as checkout support and Click & Collect orders

- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

**Essential skills/experience:**

- Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions

**Desirable skills/experience:**

- Experience in a customer-facing role

- Knowledge of food and drink trends

- Flexible approach to supporting the branch

**Contract Details:**

- Temporary position

- 10 hours of part-time work per week, including weekends, between 20:00 and 08:00

- Pay: £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days)
