## Description

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support two fast-moving areas of our Global Marketing team: LLM visibility initiatives and event management. This is a practical, fast-paced role with real ownership across digital and events marketing. As buyers increasingly research vendors through AI assistants and search, where Yuno appears across the web shapes our discoverability. You'll help ensure we're accurately and prominently represented. You'll provide remote logistical support across our events in North America and EMEA.

Your contribution will be identifying publications, listicles, and comparison articles where Yuno should appear, reaching out to editors and writers to request inclusion, updates, or corrections. You'll also audit existing third-party coverage for outdated or inaccurate information about Yuno and flag fixes. Additionally, you'll track outreach in a structured pipeline and help measure how Yuno's visibility shifts over time. You'll source and order branded giveaways for events, manage vendors, timelines, and budgets. You'll coordinate on-site materials – collateral, signage, booth assets – and ensure they arrive where they need to be, on time. Finally, you'll provide pre- and post-event logistical support, including shipping, inventory, and supplier follow-up. You'll maintain event briefs, trackers, and documentation across the US and EMEA event calendar.

## Skills

### Required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines across time zones
- Proactive and resourceful, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with how AI search and LLM-based discovery work
- Flexible with occasional shifts in working hours to support event coordination across different time zones
