The Radar team at Anduril develops state-of-the-art sensing capabilities for air surveillance, counter-UAS, and counter-intrusion missions. The Mission Operations (MOPs) team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. **Responsibilities** - Serve as "project manager" / "on-site lead" or remote systems owner , depending on focus area , working directly with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers to deliver Anduril's radar and integrated sensor capabilities across multiple locations - Monitor radar system performance, connectivity, integration with mesh networks, and fusion with other sensors (EO/IR, RF) and C2 systems at distributed sites, either on-site or remotely - Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback on radar detection performance, tracking accuracy, classification capabilities, issues, and errors found during fielding, testing, exercises, and normal use - Provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features, detection algorithms, and UI/UX improvements that enhance operator workflows - Support engagement with other units, commands, and organizations for increased deployment and installation of our radar systems across military installations, critical infrastructure sites, and forward operating locations - Contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system for radar operations , issue tracking, operator training sessions, refreshers, and focused preparation for exercises and events **Software & Analysis focus** - Build and maintain tooling for remote radar system monitoring, connectivity checks, and health/performance dashboards across distributed sites - Develop software integrations between radar systems, mesh networks, and C2/fusion platforms to reduce manual troubleshooting - Analyze detection performance and tracking data from fielding, testing, and exercises to identify trends and root causes - Build self-service diagnostics and automation that make remote troubleshooting faster and less dependent on being on-site **Integration & Field focus** - Lead site standups from initial radar integration through operational acceptance, physically installing and configuring hardware - Troubleshoot and test hardware in the field, working directly with strategic end-users to resolve issues in real time - Organize and execute site logistics: travel planning, test event layout, equipment staging, and coordination with partner organizations - Deliver operator training sessions, refreshers, and pre-exercise preparation on-site **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** - 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance - For the Software & Analysis focus: demonstrated software engineering experience (scripting/automation, data pipelines, or systems integration) and comfort with statistical analysis of sensor performance data; willingness to travel occasionally (not a primary function of this focus) - For the Integration & Field focus: basic CLI familiarity (comfortable running commands and following technical procedures; not expected to write or integrate software) - Willingness to travel 50-75% **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Familiarity and experience working with materiel leadership or mission partners within Army Air & Missile Defense, USMC Ground Based Air Defense, SOCOM, DHS CBP, or allied defense organizations and working knowledge of the counter-UAS and air surveillance competitive landscape - Basic understanding of radar fundamentals, sensor fusion concepts, or air defense operations - Experience working in small, cross-functional teams, solving complex problems, surrounded by ambiguity - Experience working in high-stress environments, including field deployments or operational settings - Self-starter who takes initiative with little direction - Ability to communicate efficiently and succinctly both internally across the team and externally to multiple stakeholders including military operators, program managers, and technical staff ## Skills ### Required - electrical engineering - electronics engineering - computer engineering - software engineering - scripting - automation - data pipelines - systems integration - statistical analysis - sensor performance data - CLI - radar fundamentals - sensor fusion concepts - air defense operations ### Nice to have - materiel leadership - mission partners - Army Air & Missile Defense - USMC Ground Based Air Defense - SOCOM - DHS CBP - allied defense organizations - counter-UAS - air surveillance - small teams - complex problems - high-stress environments - field deployments - operational settings - communication - stakeholders --- Source: [Apply at job-boards.greenhouse.io](https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/andurilindustries/jobs/5228075007?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply)
