## Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our team in Sinfin. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, and driving awareness of the extra services we offer in Pharmacy.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner

- Accurately assemble and process prescriptions, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures

- Drive awareness of extra services offered in Pharmacy, such as Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews

- Support the Pharmacist with the delivery and effective record keeping of patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes

- Collect prescriptions from doctor's surgeries on behalf of customers and bring them to the store for collection

- Develop an understanding of and work to Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

- 12 months of studying to qualify as a pharmacy dispenser (NVQ level qualification)

- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional learning and studying as part of the job role

- Patient-facing experience and confidence in operating IT systems

- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

- Enhanced safeguarding check required
