## Description

Spreetail's Platform Services team manages billing for warehousing, fulfilment, freight, and other operational costs for customer brands. We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to oversee the weekly billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare detailed invoices for Platform Services customers with supporting documentation aligned with contracted terms.

- Consolidate billing and cost data from multiple systems and teams into organised formats.

- Verify billing files and invoices for accuracy, consistency, and contract compliance.

- Obtain internal approvals and issue invoices to customers.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve billing queries and contract term issues.

**Requirements:**

- Detail-oriented and diligent with high accuracy standards.

- Experience handling high volumes of data and creating financial documents.

- Proficient in MS Excel, especially with formulas and large data sets.

- Strong communication skills in English.

**Additional Information:** This is a remote position requiring a suitable home workspace with specific technical requirements.
