## Description

We are seeking a Medical Affairs Specialist to maximize the value of Pfizer products to Chinese patients and healthcare professionals. You will develop KOL engagement strategies and action plans, establish regional platforms and channels with China regional academic organizations, and build effective regional medical advisor interfaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop field-based medical to medical communication and KOL engagement independently

- Enhance local data generation from a medical aspect to maximize product value and long-term development

- Drive regional medical strategy independently

- Ensure company's compliance

- Develop field force team medical capability through internal medical training independently

**Required Skills:**

- Master's degree or higher in clinical medicine in a relevant therapeutic area

- Good medical knowledge for the defined therapeutic area

- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical business

- Proficiency in English and good computer usage

- Therapeutic area knowledge: familiar with the disease knowledge and clinical practice of the therapeutic area

- Language: Proficiency in oral and written English

- Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Strong business acumen

- Cross-functional leadership skill

- Strong communication and influencing skill
