## Description

As a Team Member at NEXT's Cardiff Queen Street store, you will be part of a fast-paced store team, offering outstanding service and excellent stock operations to customers. Your top priority will be to provide fast and friendly service, helping customers find the perfect products, sharing your passion and knowledge about NEXT's products, working in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries, and taking control of your own development.
