## Description

Leidos Dynetics is seeking a qualified Facilities Coordinator for its Hypersonic line of business. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior manager of manufacturing to support production floor facility needs.

Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with contractors and schedule their time

- Create problem tickets and follow up for completion

- Work with section leads on production floor to provide support for projects and unexpected issues that arise

- Anticipate facilities requirements and respond to issues

- Manage required annual/bi-annual certifications on equipment

- Support custodial services on production floor

- Work with Calibration services to process requirements

- Work with security personnel to learn/implement security procedures

- Prepare production floor before contractors arrive according to security requirements

- Schedule and communicate to production floor arrival dates and times

- Create purchase requisitions for production floor

- Track orders in Costpoint

- Contact suppliers for additional information as needed

- Provide limited IT support

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree 10 years of relevant experience

- Must possess and be able to maintain a DOD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiar with 5S work environment practices

- Familiar with ESD and FOD controlled work environment methods
