## Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer - Bridges to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

As a Senior Engineer - Bridges, you will play a critical role in effectively managing workloads between the bridge's teams and delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities:

- Manage mid-scale project teams

- Author high-quality technical reports

- Understand technical issues and costs related to the selection of complex design features

- Present work at client meetings and deliver high-quality presentations

- Apply broad technical experience and knowledge to check or critically review work of all team members

- Prepare and review project cost estimates for all packages of work

- Be fully proficient in structural analysis and design of various structures and review deliverables for the project

- Have a thorough understanding of international railway standards, international codes of practice, and health and safety legislation

- Possess detailed knowledge of multi-discipline designs and competence with engineering software such as Staad Pro, LUSAS

- Develop schematic designs and detailed designs for small to large-scale projects

- Carry out checks on the work carried out by junior engineers and AutoCAD technicians

- Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all disciplines

- Ensure designs meet client requirements and compliance with relevant codes of practice

- Implement WSP QA/QC procedures

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry

Qualifications:

- Approaching Chartered Engineer status

- M.Tech/M.E/B.Tech/B.E. (Civil/Structural)

- 6 years or above experience in bridge design from a consulting firm

- Experience working with software such as LUSAS, MIDAS/Staddpro

- Team leader experience

- Demonstrate work and moral ethics
