As a Financial Accountant I at ICON, you will handle financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

- Record and reconcile financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles.

- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and vendor management.

- Assist with financial analysis in decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

**Your Profile:**

- CMA/ CA/ CPA Qualified (must).

- 1+ year of experience in accounting or financial roles (internship experience considered).

- Experience in Month End Closures, Payroll postings, Accruals, Fixed Assets, Prepayments.

- Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
