## Description

As a (Junior) Regional Marketing Manager at Red Bull in Mannheim, you will support the Senior Field Marketing Manager in establishing a regional face for the brand.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Strategic development and implementation of field marketing activities in the South West region, focusing on Mannheim, Heidelberg, Heilbronn, Kaiserslautern, and Saarbrücken

- Management of the Student Marketeer Program in the Mannheim region, including conception, steering, and control of marketing activities on campus

- Support in creating the annual business plan for your region and contributing to the development of local field marketing ideas

- Definition of annual goals for each Student Marketeer and continuous monitoring of progress

- Collaboration with various teams and ensuring synergy effects

Requirements:

- Completed university degree

- Fluent German and very good English language skills in writing and speaking

- First professional experience and/or diverse practical experience in marketing

- Interest in sports, fitness, gaming, lifestyle, and social media

- Strategic thinking and ability to implement ideas

- Strong communication and networking skills

- Experience in project management and budgeting

- Analytical skills and digital affinity

- Ability to work in a team and independently

- Flexibility and willingness to travel (40-50%)
