## Description

We are seeking a Project Leader to work on our service agreement with Vattenfall Eldistribution, focusing on maintenance of overhead power lines within the 40-130 kV voltage range.

As a Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in creating the best conditions for technicians in the field and the organization, with a strong emphasis on safety, progress, engagement, and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading projects and ensuring business-like planning and execution

- Informing and reporting project status to clients

- Managing project finances and handling closures and follow-ups

- Leading construction meetings and negotiations with clients

- Actively contributing to creating Sweden's safest workplace

You will primarily work from an office but also spend time in the field, traveling as needed.

Requirements:

- Upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical power, electrical engineering, or a related field

- Experience in work leadership or project management

- Familiarity with interpreting contracts

- B driver's license

- Proficiency in Swedish

Merit-based qualifications:

- Experience in electrical or power engineering

- Knowledge of materials used in 40-130kV systems

- Experience in the construction or contracting industry
