## Description

Transport Business Advisory (TBA) is part of WSP Rail Advisory, working to strengthen the competitiveness of railways through business-oriented and technically grounded advice.

As a Senior Advisor in Maintenance and Asset Management at WSP Transport Business Advisory, you will be a key player in strengthening our customers' ability to develop sustainable, cost-effective, and future-proof solutions for the operation and maintenance of railway vehicles.

Your mission will be to:

- Develop and optimize asset management strategies for railway vehicles

- Create and further develop maintenance strategies, programs, and concepts

- Support leadership and organization in creating effective, data-driven, and structured maintenance processes

- Contribute to analysis work and advisory services related to securing the future of vehicle fleets

- Assess risks, reliability, recovery times, and maintenance economics

- Lead or support transformation and improvement projects within maintenance

- Collaborate with experts in vehicle design, operations, signaling, safety, and data analysis

We are looking for someone with:

- Several years of experience in maintenance or asset management of railway vehicles

- Good understanding of the vehicle's life cycle, RAMS/RAMS data, or maintenance economics

- Ability to lead projects and drive development work independently

- Strong analytical and communicative skills

- Relevant education or equivalent experience

- Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing

Merit-making experience:

- Leading maintenance organizations or working with maintenance processes

- Condition-based maintenance, sensor data, or predictive analysis

- Modernization or technical changes to vehicle fleets

- From operator, vehicle owner, maintainer, or authority
