## Description

Samsara, a pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join its Telematics Business Unit. This role involves driving strategic initiatives and building new products, reporting directly to the leader of the Telematics Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

- Own cross-cutting initiatives that drive business and commercial impact for the Telematics business unit

- Identify, scope, and incubate new product bets adjacent to core telematics and vehicle gateway products

- Operate as a deep individual contributor on complex problems

- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles

Requirements:

- Product management experience in B2B, ideally enterprise B2B

- Track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 in a B2B environment

- Strong commercial and business judgment

- Comfortable using AI tools to prototype and build quickly

Nice to have:

- Former founder or high-ownership experience

- Experience in a business with physical-world tangibility

Compensation:

- Annual base salary: $137,200-$245,000 USD
