## Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in building go-to-market teams at Vercel. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the web in the AI era. You will be responsible for running full-cycle searches for various roles, sourcing candidates, utilizing AI to automate workflows, and partnering with executives.

Responsibilities:

- Run full-cycle searches for all roles, from kickoff with the hiring leader to close

- Source candidates through proactive outreach, manage inbound leads, and leverage your network and referrals

- Utilize AI to create automations, tools, workflows, and resources for yourself and the team

- Provide expert recommendations using market data and push back when necessary

- Partner directly with executives and treat every search like an executive search

Requirements:

- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including go-to-market roles such as sales, field engineering, and partnerships

- Experience hiring sourced candidates through direct outreach

- Proven use of AI tools in recruiting with measurable speed or quality gains

- Technical curiosity and a bias for action

Nice to Have:

- Experience building AI tools, agents, or automations

- Recruitment experience in developer, infrastructure, or frontend companies

The San Francisco base salary range for this role is $176,000 - $215,000 plus annual bonus.
