## Description

We are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to oversee selected REWE regions, regional key accounts, and top multi-store entrepreneurs. As a Key Account Manager, you will independently manage and strategically develop these accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Continuously monitoring market and competitive developments, and deriving relevant action plans

- Managing a selected spectrum of customers, including purchasing and assortment decision-makers

- Developing growth plans for sales, revenue, and profitability within agreed budget frameworks

- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as Field Sales, Trade Marketing, and Category Management

Key requirements:

- Completed business or economics studies (BSc in Business Administration, Economics, etc.) or comparable commercial training/experience

- Fluent German and very good to negotiation-level English skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Analytical thinking and numerical understanding

- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- High level of self-motivation and solution-oriented approach
