## Description

As part of Ford's Talent Acquisition team, you'll help attract, hire, and retain top talent to achieve the company's vision.

Ford's Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is driving the company's fully electric transportation future, focusing on customer experience, entrepreneurship, and data-driven decision-making.

## Responsibilities

- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure alignment between job descriptions and target candidate profiles.

- Pursue passive candidates through personalized reach-outs.

- Advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) internally and externally.

- Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess suitability.

- Source high-caliber candidates through networking, search tools, job boards, referrals, and events.

- Partner with hiring managers to make offers and hire technical talent in a competitive market.

- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and share updates with internal stakeholders.

- Establish relationships with management and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Join projects related to employer branding presence and strategy.

## Qualifications

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, influencing the inclusion and diversity landscape.

- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting.

- Proficiency in handling hard-to-close candidates in a competitive market.

- Experience in global markets.

- Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to closing an offer.

- Self-motivated and driven.

- Curious and eager to learn about market trends and domain technology.

This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $70-$80/hr, with a final determination based on candidate skills and experience.
