## Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive our B2B customer strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

As an Account Manager, you will design and drive business with key customers, face our partner issuers/acquirers, and conduct business under the guidance of senior Account team leads.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities and customer needs across a portfolio of accounts

- Connecting customer needs with potential MA solutions and relevant teams

- Developing and structuring customized pitches and proposals to meet client needs

- Arranging client engagement throughout the sales cycle and negotiating to gain strong outcomes for Mastercard

- Managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously through an efficient and scalable engagement model

Requirements:

- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English

- Basic business skills, such as multi-task management, analysis, documentation, and presentation

- Consultative sales or business development experience is preferable

- Knowledge or experience in digital payments or IT/Strategy consulting is a plus
