## Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team in Styria and Carinthia. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and building relationships with customers in the retail sector.

Your mission is to ensure that our customers in the markets in your area (Styria + Carinthia - focus on Graz) don't overlook us. You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring optimal product presentation in supermarkets, including secondary placements, advertising materials, and shelf placement

- Managing our brand presence in stores and handling Oatly products, including unpacking and packing cartons

- Regularly visiting markets in your region and maintaining close communication with local contacts

- Ensuring that all our products are available in the markets, and making adjustments as needed

- Recording your successes and tasks in our CRM tool

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Ideally, previous experience in food retail, field sales, or a similar role

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade others with your friendly approach

- Strong organisational and structural skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively

- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision

- Comfortable driving and flexible schedule

- Residence in Graz or surrounding areas and a valid class B driver's license

- Familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
