As a National Sales Manager - Industrial & Specialty, you will lead and execute the national commercial strategy for Industrial & Specialty segments, own revenue, margin, and EBIT performance, and lead, coach, and develop a national technical sales team.

You will drive value-based selling in complex manufacturing environments, support high-value technical applications and customer conversions, and partner closely with R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Field Technical Services.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity.

## Skills

### Required
- B2B technical sales experience in industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, or related fields
- Strong technical expertise in metalworking fluids, forming lubricants, industrial oils, or specialty greases
- People leadership experience
- Value-based selling and new business development
- Business and financial acumen
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel within Canada (primarily Ontario and Quebec) & internationally
- Bilingual English/French is a strong asset
