At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll be responsible for:

- Implementing product and value proposition strategies to enhance sales skills across the team

- Leading performance-driven initiatives to boost high-net-worth sales

- Organising training sessions, workshops, and Q&A sessions to improve product knowledge and application skills

- Developing tailored training materials for local markets

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A bachelor's degree or higher

- 8+ years of experience in finance or insurance

- Strong market and marketing knowledge

- Familiarity with insurance products

- Proven business development experience

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Team management experience
