## Description

Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming as a Legal Counsel in Irvine.

You will provide legal support to the Razer business, serving as a member of the regional legal team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions with enterprise customers and strategic partners.

- Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Human Resources, and Finance teams to achieve key business objectives.

- Work with stakeholders on data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.

- Assist with creating, optimizing, and implementing processes and policies.

- Provide training to the company on relevant legal topics.

- Handle commercial contract disputes.

- Working knowledge of AI enterprise models being integrated in workflow.

**Qualifications:**

- 4+ years of experience in law firms and in-house with a technology/consumer electronics company.

- Strong background in all facets of contract and commercial law.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiating skills.

- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all business units.

- Ability to work independently.

- Familiarity with basic AI integration into work product.

- Experience handling litigation and/or IP-related matters is a plus.

**Education/Experience:**

- J.D. degree from an accredited United States law school.
