## Description

We are seeking a seasonal Beach Barback to join our team at Soho Beach House Miami.

As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the bar area to ensure it is clean, organised, and well-stocked

- Assisting bartenders with serving guests and providing excellent customer service

- Stocking and replenishing bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and paper products

- Supporting the management team in maintaining the bar's presentation and approachability

- Participating in inventory management and advising on replenishment needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 1+ year of experience working in a food and beverage operation, or a strong desire to learn and deliver results

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly around the bar area
