At AIA we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

We're looking for a Sr. Specialist, Connected Transaction Management to join our L&BO team, providing specialised legal support across IAMC's connected transaction ecosystem and facilitating business needs.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and update the connected party list, collecting required information and managing internal approvals.

- Manage the governance process of connected transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and AIA Group standards.

- Optimise and enhance connected transaction management policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with business functions, including Investment, Finance, and Compliance.

- Organise CTM Office meetings, prepare documents, and manage regulatory reports and filings.

- Construct, manage, and optimise the connected transaction system required by regulation.

- Work closely with the investment team and regulators on connected transaction-related matters.

**Minimum Job Requirements:**

- Degree in law.

- At least 5-8 years of working experience.

- Experience in connected transaction management in an insurance asset management company or insurance company.

- In-depth knowledge of local business standards, best practices, and external regulations.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Accountable, efficient, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
