The Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organisation provides essential platforms and infrastructure hosting solutions that power EA's games and live services.

As a Technical Program Manager II, you will coordinate large-scale engineering programmes focused on system reliability, scaling, and automation. You will define and manage roadmaps, success criteria, resource allocation, and delivery needed for PI&E internal operations. You will report to the Director of Program Management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage programmes that improve platform and team efficiency.

- Collaborate with PMO and engineering teams to build AI-driven automation that increases efficiency and streamlines the SDLC framework.

- Maintain project roadmaps with platform engineering teams and follow PMO governance.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in technical project management.

- Proficient experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), distributed environments, and cloud computing.

- Demonstrated experience applying enterprise AI tools in engineering projects, with an understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Advanced JIRA and Monday.com capabilities.
