**Job Summary:** As a Client Floor Coordinator, you will be located on-site in the client's offices in Hong Kong, serving as a single point of contact for the client floor. You will be responsible for ensuring service deliverables are met with SLA and KPI, working with all related parties on timely delivery of all services, and undertaking continuous floor inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance are correct.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as single point of contact for client floor

- Be responsible and accountable for all service requests

- Ensure service deliverables are met with SLA and KPI

- Work with all related parties on timely delivery of all services

- Be responsible for all clients within designated area

- Raise risks to Workplace Experience Lead for further investigation when necessary

- Undertake continuous floor inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance are correct

- Establish direct relationships with client business units and their neighborhood community

- Display confidence and satisfy needs and requirements of all requests

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives

- Conduct data analysis reports when necessary

**Requirements:**

- 3-5 years' experience in Hospitality, Flight Attendant, Events Management, Serviced Office, or Facilities Management field

- Customer-focused with proactive approach to establishing customer relationships

- Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team

- Proven ability to initiate and follow up with improvement initiatives

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Fluency in Cantonese, with writing and speaking English skills
