We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Major Loss Adjuster to join our Major & Complex Loss team in the Glasgow Area. As an Executive MCL Adjuster/Surveyor, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property claims, including material damage and business interruption.

**What you'll bring:**

- A full UK Driving Licence – essential for site visits

- A strong customer focus and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

- Solid experience handling major and complex commercial property claims

- Excellent communication skills – you listen, explain clearly, and negotiate fairly

- Confidence working independently and managing your own caseload

- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise and adapt

- Strong IT skills, ideally with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- ACII/ACILA or equivalent qualifications (or working towards them)

- A professional, empathetic approach to client relationships

- Experience in account management or market profiling is a plus
