## Description

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our elite, customer-facing Solutions Consulting team at Braze. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will bring your passion for storytelling and technical skillset to our team. You will expand your knowledge of B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, email, SMS, APIs, analytics, architecture design, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teammates across all departments and have a "get it done" attitude for our customers.

- Encourage creativity and think outside the box when applying our robust capabilities to solve customer needs.

- Stimulate intellectual curiosity and be challenged beyond existing capabilities with the full support of teammates and leadership.

Requirements:

- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to work as a "team player" and help others improve.

- High level of intellectual curiosity and desire to learn.

- Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.

- Domain knowledge of three or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.
