## Description

As the Receptionist at Soho Farmhouse, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless front-of-house service while supporting the day-to-day coordination of Club operations.

You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for an exceptional and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key duties include:

- Ensuring every member is welcomed by name and guests are welcomed with open arms

- Answering high-volume phone lines and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries

- Being well-versed on standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing

- Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work environment

- Supporting, redirecting and problem-solving in real-time to ensure any guest-related concerns are addressed

- Building relationships with members and guests and communicating red flags and positive feedback to management

The salary range for this role is £15.50-£15.50 GBP.
