## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Longwell Green Retail Park, Bristol, as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service, making great food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, able to work well under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 11:00 - 15:00

- Tuesday: 11:00 - 15:00

- Thursday: 11:00 - 15:00

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
