## Description

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Apothekenreferent) for OTC products to join our Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team in East Bavaria (Regensburg, Passau, Landshut, Ingolstadt, Straubing, Weiden). As a key member of our team, you will actively contribute to the launch of new products, develop pharmacies into long-term partners, and drive distribution, recommendation, and sales growth in your territory.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and market share targets in your territory

- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, promoting our products and providing excellent customer service

- Conduct product training and support for pharmacists and staff

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including regional sales managers and marketing teams

- Utilize digital sales systems and CRM tools to plan, document, and track customer activities

Requirements:

- Successful experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in pharmacy sales or a comparable sales qualification (e.g., FMCG/LEH)

- In-depth knowledge of the German pharmacy market and its requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently, structured, and results-oriented

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with CRM systems, digital applications, and sales metrics

- Valid driver's license (Class B) and high willingness to travel within your territory
