## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcer to support our SG&A recruiting team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for critical roles and help drive our company’s continued growth and success.

## Responsibilities

- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active candidates.

- Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication.

- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.

- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.

- Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.

## Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for SG&A roles.

- Experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A roles & engaging top-tier talent.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.

- Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar programs.

- Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.

- Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly.

- Communicates directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration.

- Takes full accountability for their responsibilities and stays aligned with the business mission.

- Values continuous learning over being right, embraces honest feedback, and views setbacks as opportunities for growth and improvement.
