At Wasatch Property Management, Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in the success of each community. They provide technical expertise for various aspects of apartment communities, including HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, and cosmetic enhancements. The ideal candidate is a personable individual with exceptional technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hands-on work.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.

- Respond to resident service requests within 3 hours.

- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

- Consistently represent the Wasatch brand.

- Embody an owner's mindset.

**Requirements:**

- Detail-oriented and task-focused individual.

- Strong communicator.

- Personable and confident customer service professional with a 'Resident First' mindset.

- Organized and accountable.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.

- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.

- Experience in repairing or maintaining: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools.

- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Superior customer service skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.

**Benefits and Pay Range:**

- The pay range for this position is $18.00 - 22.00 USD per hour, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential.
