The Senior Merchandise Payable's Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the merchandise payables team performs timely processing of merchandise invoices and related supplier disputes.

**Responsibilities**

- Ensure timely processing of merchandise invoices and resolve supplier disputes

- Support the Manager and Senior Accounts Payable Manager with research and resolution of vendor/site initiated disputes

- Regularly interact with the offshore team and help resolve escalated vendor issues

- Assist suppliers with invoice, dispute, and statement reconciliation issues

- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Merchandising, Inventory, Asset Protection, Logistics, and Store/Distribution centers

- Perform reconciliations related to supplier accounts and internal account reconciliations

- Conduct GL account reviews and manage databases

- Monitor onboarded suppliers in the AP Vendor Portal and follow up on aged disputes

- Write training materials and support the migration of the existing SAP system to the S4/Hana environment

**Requirements**

- 3 years of Accounts Payable experience

- Ability to work onsite 2-3 days a week

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

- SAP and/or S4/Hana Experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Ability to prioritize work and make decisions independently

- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

- Strong understanding of accounting functions within Accounts Payable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- Experience within a large retail organization and previous accounting and reconciliation experience
