## Description

RoofOne, part of the Bone Dry family, is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Supervisor to join our RoofOne Detroit Market Location.

We offer a compensation range of $25-30/hr depending on experience, medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, company-paid life and short-term disability insurance, 401K plan with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.

As a Commercial Roofing Supervisor, you will lead daily job site operations for commercial roofing projects, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will lead and coordinate crews to complete roofing installations and repairs safely and on schedule, conduct site inspections, and maintain quality control.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading daily job site operations for commercial roofing projects

- Leading and coordinating crews to complete roofing installations and repairs safely and on schedule

- Leading safety initiatives and enforcing OSHA and company safety standards

- Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control

- Leading communication between field teams, management, and customers

Qualifications include:

- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience

- 1-2 years of leadership experience

- Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems

- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites, in varied weather conditions, and in a physically demanding environment. You must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. and climb ladders to determine work needs.
