## Description

Join Argos as a Customer Advisor and be the first point of contact for customers visiting the store or collecting online orders.

As a Customer Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, operate the tills, process payments, and assist customers with product queries.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens, and at the collection counter

- Collect products from the stock area, take payments, and provide details on financial service offerings

- Be present on the shop floor, helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products

- Build great knowledge about Argos products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations
