Your tasks – varied and responsible:

- Provide advice on all maintenance and service matters and ensure the smooth and punctual execution of all service orders

- Conduct information and advisory discussions with customers

- Create precise calculations and transparent cost previews

- Ensure effective coordination of repairs to be carried out

Requirements:

- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training

- Professional experience as a service advisor is desirable

- Certification as a recognised automotive service advisor is an advantage

- Good organisational skills and negotiation skills

- High teamwork and flexibility

- Safe handling of the DMS system 'Cross' is an advantage

- Driving licence class B
