## Description

We are seeking ambitious graduate candidates for the next cohort of our EMEA Graduate Rotation Program - Sales Path. This 12-month program is designed to give graduates exposure to both sales and solution engineering. As a graduate on this path, you will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for a fast-paced, successful career in Salesforce Sales.

**Responsibilities**

- Learn Salesforce’s best-in-class prospecting and qualification methodologies

- Learn how to use social, digital, video, chat, and phone platforms to effectively engage Salesforce prospects

- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and help build sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organisation

- Learn our solutions at a deeper, more technical level

- Work closely with the Solution Engineering organisation, supporting the creation of cutting-edge customer demonstrations

- Learn the art of customer discovery and how to create a compelling customer point of view

**Requirements**

- You are a 2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree), ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics or another science discipline

- You are interested in the impact technology can have on the world and business

- You are a creative problem-solver

- You are a relationship builder and possess a growth mindset

- You are curious, self-motivated, and focused on continuous learning

- You thrive in a team environment

- You have excellent interpersonal skills

- You are goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- You are fluent in English & Italian is Essential
