## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, a physically demanding role that keeps stores running smoothly. You'll handle stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure the shop floor is full, clean, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Maintaining a clean and organised store environment

- Working across the wider store as needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues

The role requires flexibility, digital confidence, and the ability to work at a fast pace. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Work Pattern:** Monday: 15:00 - 23:30 Tuesday: 15:00 - 23:30 Wednesday: 15:00 - 23:30 Friday: 15:00 - 23:30 Saturday: 15:00 - 23:30
