## Description

GitLab is seeking a Staff Commercial Pricing Strategist to design, scale, and drive enterprise monetization and commercial buying programs. The successful candidate will serve as an individual contributor, owning list-to-net price realization strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams, and defining channel and marketplace pricing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Drive competitive pricing programs and tactical deal plays

- Own list-to-net price realization strategy across products and regions

- Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to shape new packaging and pricing proposals

- Act as the go-to expert for pricing enablement

- Define, launch, and scale Enterprise Agreements and marketed bundling strategies

- Define channel and marketplace pricing strategy

**Requirements:**

- Extensive experience in strategy consulting, pricing, strategic finance, or corporate/deal strategy

- Deep experience in monetization or pricing strategy

- A track record of operating as a go-to expert without formal authority

- Hands-on work with AI agents and automations

- Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently in an asynchronous, all-remote environment
