## Description

The HKUST Fok Ying Tung Graduate School seeks an Assistant Manager (Postgraduate Outreach and Admissions) to handle student recruitment and admissions matters.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Postgraduate Outreach and Admissions and perform various administrative duties, including:

- Handling student admissions and special schemes

- Preparing guidelines, manuals, and schedules in compliance with academic requirements

- Coordinating information systems development to support admissions operations

- Conducting data analysis to inform outreach decisions

- Organizing student recruitment and enrichment activities

- Developing marketing materials

- Providing secretarial support to committees

- Communicating with stakeholders and handling inquiries

The ideal candidate has a recognized bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in student admissions in higher education.

Key qualities include:

- Solution-driven and proactive approach

- Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua

- Good computer literacy

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Ability to multitask and work independently and in a team

Experience in data management, data analysis, and programming is advantageous.

The contract duration is 2 years, renewable.

The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and a gratuity upon successful completion of the contract.
