## Description

As a Client Experience Associate, you'll help Wealth Center customers make significant financial decisions and ensure the branch's operational soundness.

Your daily responsibilities include servicing clients, accounting, and compliance-related activities.

Key tasks:

- Greet and assist customers with scheduled appointments and financial transactions

- Promote alternative delivery channels

- Own the customer experience within the branch, ensuring service excellence and timely issue resolution

- Ensure branch activities comply with regulations and policies

- Support retail operational, service, accounting, and compliance-related activities

- Manage branch transactional activities

- Provide a premium client experience within the Wealth Center channel

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Experience in customer service and/or operations within retail banking, wealth management, or equivalent

- Proven decision-making, customer service, organizational, analytical, planning, and mathematical skills

- Extensive knowledge of company products and services, related operational activities, and pertinent regulations

- Ability to support and complete transactional customer requests and resolve client issues

- Notary Public License required
