## Description

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in our Douglasville clinic.

We’re focused on helping individuals regain mobility, independence, and well-being through compassionate care and evidence-based treatment.

**Your Role:**

- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

- Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.

- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.

- Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.

- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.

**Qualifications**

- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program

- Current state licensure (or eligible)

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset

**Salary:** $75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day

**Sign-on Bonus:** Up to $30,000 in select locations!
