## Description

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Missionforce team. As a Solution Architect, you will provide architectural leadership across large and complex engagements, partnering with executive and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute solution visions for complex customers in the Defense & National Security space.

**Your Impact**

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients

- Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice

- Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies

- Work collaboratively with strong communication skills

- Identify and manage risk areas

- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions

- Review and correct project direction and approach

- Drive program vision and advise on strategies

**Minimum Requirements**

- 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform

- Clearance: Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI

- Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy

- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, and providing detailed system designs

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Ability to connect with people in diverse roles

- Resourceful and innovative thinker

**Preferred Requirements**

- Must be Metro DC located

- Multiple Salesforce Core Architecture certifications

- Degree or equivalent relevant experience

- Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives

- Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions and Omni Studio

- Ability to convey best practices to customers

- Application design and development background

- Travel may be required
